Before you start using Online Forms
- You need to use Google Chrome as your browser.
- To view and print completed forms you need Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- You need an Online Forms account to lodge your application online. If you do not already have an account,
you will be asked to register once your application has been filled in. To register you will need an email address,
and you will set your own password and security question for your online account.
- If you do not want to lodge your application straight away, you can save it in your Online Forms account for later as long as an online account has been created.
A form can only be retained in your online account for 45 days after it was last modified.
- You will need your payment details handy so you can pay the ACAT fee. You can pay with a Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card.
- You cannot lodge online if you are asking for a fee waiver or deferral.
